SUFI BREATHWORK & SOUND BATH

SPECIAL WORKSHOPS: Mystical Sufi Breathwork

Join Habiba and Sha on a self-discovery Breathwork and Gong journey inspired by ancient rituals of Sufis accompanied by Music and Poetry.

The Sufi Breathwork is a technique used by practitioners to create a state of trance. Through a potent 3-part breathing technique, followed by guided meditation and a soothing sound bath, we will reconnect with our inner self and activate the Prana force in our body-mind system.

Sufism, which focuses on inner purification and the search for a deep connection with the universe, represents a mystical dimension. These practices draw inspiration from a variety of sources, including but not limited to the spiritual traditions of yoga in India. Many Sufis were famous for their poetry about love and devotion such as Rumi, Al Hallaj and others.

This will be a non denominational 2 hours Breathwork, Sound and Poetry circle at SHA-LA Studios Xberg, in the Emmaus Church’s tower. Bring in comfortable clothes, and let yourself be guided and relaxed.
